Offshore structures are under the influence of cyclic wave and current load in addition to normal loads. Furthermore, these structures are also affected by the corrosive environment of the sea. These conditions make the Structural Health Monitoring more significant. Monitoring the structure health includes a wide range of different operations. As a subset of health monitoring operations, Damage Detection at various points in the structure can be notified. In destructive detection methods, it is attempted to identify the structural characteristics of the structure using the response or behavior of the structure to the external stimulation factor and identifying the damage points by using these characteristics. The conventional methods used for this purpose are mostly determined, while considering the uncertainties in the structure, such as the uncertainty of the geometric characteristics of the sections and the specifications of the materials consumed make the probabilistic methods more logical.Offshore structures are under the influence of cyclic wave and current load in addition to normal loads.
