The uneven settlement of the subgrade of the double-track high-speed railway will threaten the safety of the superstructure, and then affect the smooth operation of the high-speed train. Particularly, when the subgrade has uneven settlements on both sides, it is more urgent to evaluate the safety of the track structure on both sides. Therefore, a three-dimensional track-subgrade finite element model considering structural damage was established, the track vibration and deformation caused by the uneven settlement of the subgrade under moving loads were analyzed, and the relationships between the settlement amplitude, wavelength and track deformation were revealed. The dynamic deformation of the further side track structure is still affected by the subgrade settlement on both sides, and the wavelength range has the greatest influence on the dynamic displacement of the multilayer track-subgrade structure. Under the pulling force of the subgrade settlement, the higher the train speed, the greater the possibility of the track damage.
