Nonlinear factors have an important effect on the operational stability of the composite planetary systems. In order to explore the influence of nonlinear factors on system stability, composite planetary platoon system is used as the research object, considering the factors of time-varying meshing stiffness, meshing clearance, installation error, manufacturing error and tooth profile error, the nonlinear translational-torsional coupling model of composite planetary system is established by lumped mass method. The influence of backlash and comprehensive error on the vibration response of the system was studied, and the coupling vibration time frequency characteristics of the system are analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the carrier frequency is mainly the gear meshing frequency, and the modulation frequency is the rotation frequency and planetary gear double frequency. The rotation frequency and harmonic frequency of the engine have a great influence on the vibration response of the system.
