The internal resonances of the coupling vibration among electro-dynamic modes of a NEMS obtained by coupling resonators at a Josephson junction. The model of the coupled system is established considering the regulatory effect of the phase difference of Josephson junction. The dynamic differential equation of the coupled system are deduced considering the nonlinear terms of the Josephson junction and nanobeam. The multi-scale method is used to obtain the 1:1:1 resonant amplitude frequency response equation of the coupled electromechanical system. The influence of the phase difference of Josephson junction, magnetic field, external excitation and other factors on the internal resonant amplitude of the coupled system is analyzed. The simulation results show that a small change for the magnetic field can lead to a remarkable change of frequency and amplitude for the nanobeam. The research results can provide a theoretical basis and calculated method for improving the sensitivity of magnetic quality detection.
