With the development of vibration isolation technology, the isolator is required to be completely immersed in water for vibration isolation. The static performance of the BE-type rubber isolator in air and shallow water was studied by the test method, and the vertical static stiffness of the isolator was obtained. Through the finite element software, the Mooney-Rivlin model was used to simulate the constitutive relationship of the rubber material, and the vertical static stiffness of the BE-type rubber isolator in air and shallow water was numerically simulated. The simulation results agree well with the test results, indicating that the simulation method can effectively simulate the static performance of the isolator in air and shallow water.
