This paper takes conventional propellers as the research object and improves the traditional propeller flow noise prediction method. First, the compressibility of the fluid is considered, and then the coupling effect of the sound pressure field on the flow field is considered, that is, the fluid will be affected by the sound field. The effect of radiation pressure, the magnitude of the pressure is proportional to the sound energy density in the sound field, and the sound flow driving forces in three directions are equivalently added to the momentum equation of the fluid domain through programming, so as to solve the propeller flow field and the noise field data . Comparing the data of the flow field and noise field under multiple working conditions, considering the acoustic-fluid coupling and without considering the acoustic-fluid coupling, it is concluded that for the noise prediction of the propeller, consider the compressibility of the fluid medium and the acoustic-flow driving working conditions are necessary.
